As the lead designer for both the Public Health Infectious Disease Case and Incident Management System proposal and the UBOS proposal, I developed the overall visual concept, including the color palette, typography, and design style. I also provided creative direction for a team of five designers, ensuring consistency across all graphic elements throughout the proposal materials.
